THE POSITION: This position provides support to staff and members in lending, deposit, and service administration, ensuring all activities are in compliance with credit union policies and procedures. The Support Services Analyst provides expertise in the implementation and maintenance of programs, products and procedures as they relate to the department.How does one do this? Glad you asked!
A System Support Analystdoes the following:
Provide technical direction and support to advisory staff to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of moderate to complex products and services, and assist members if advisory staff cannot answer their questions
Assist Support Specialists in the development and implementation of procedures within established policies to ensure effective operation of the Credit Union
Participate and review compliance ensuring it is adhered to among retail and support staff as it relates to regulatory requirements (FINTRAC, Concentra, CRA)
Respond to verbal and/or e-mail requests utilizing MemberFirst service model
Workas ateam to cover additional duties in a fast-paced environment.
