Are you an experienced Agricultural or Heavy Duty Equipment Technician? Do you have interest in working in the insurance industry? SGI CANADA is currently looking for a Farm Technical Advisor based out of Saskatoon, Prince Albert, or North Battleford.

The Technical Advisor (Farm) is responsible for providing in-house farm machinery repair expertise and consultation on claims to assist in quantifying damages and repair costs. In this role, you will conduct site visits; prepare and/or review repair estimates; and provide technical advice, training, and support to adjusters on complex farm machinery claims.

Requirements

We're looking for an individual who brings a unique combination of knowledge and skills to the team. Candidates will need to have an Agricultural Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Journeyperson certificate from an accredited post-secondary education institution along with at least 7 years' experience in the agriculture machinery repair industry.
