SGI CANADA believes that effective collaboration happens by thinking beyond the role and division, being clear on decisions and accountabilities, building relationships while being open minded and respectful and driving action forward. We work with over 500 brokers from Ontario to British Columbia and sell a range of products. Building a culture of leadership development is front of mind and we believe that leaders are developed through all levels of the organization. Leadership culture development will transform how we work with customers, partners and each other. We're aiming for a culture that focuses on new strengths, balanced with some of what's always been important to our success.
We are looking for multiple permanent full time Broker Partnership Reps to join our Regina or Saskatoon team. You will be building and maintaining effective relationships with brokers, working with brokers to continually improve customer experience, and making it easier for brokers to do business with SGI. You will act as a liaison between SGI and brokers to promote SGI; to provide guidance, assistance, training and support of SGI products, programs, services and business practices; and to investigate and resolve broker and customer problems or concerns. The majority of work is performed away from established headquarters and overnight stays are required.
