We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our agencys property management team to provide service to our Pilot Butte campus and Regina facilities. As a member of a service-oriented crew, the Facilities Maintenance Worker will be responsible to perform general maintenance of the buildings, grounds and equipment as assigned. Duties will include general commercial and household related emergency or preventative maintenance, landscaping, yard maintenance and snow removal. The successful candidate will be required to safely operate power motorized equipment, construction tools and equipment must be able to climb ladders, work in confined spaces and lift or carry objects.
To qualify for this position candidates must have:
Working level knowledge of building and ground maintenance and operations
Good physical condition to perform a variety of manual activities
Valid class 5 experience driver's licence with a good driving record
WHMIS.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
You must be able to work in demanding work environment with an unpredictable workloads and deadlines and be approachable, co-operative and flexible when dealing with clients and colleagues.
