The successful individual for this role will play a pivotal role in SGIs Corporate Transformation. As such, we are looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker who is ready to support the business through our Corporate Transformation.
This role is responsible for reporting, tracking, monitoring, researching and providing support on initiatives that require change management activities for SGI. You will gather, input, analyze and report on change data to proactively inform the development and implementation of change management tactics to help increase the successful adoption of change within SGI. You will analyze data within the Change Management Platform and provide insight into where changes might impact our employees across corporate initiatives.
We are looking to fill one temporary full-time position in Regina, SK for a two-year term. Remote work opportunities will be considered, however travel to Regina will be required on a monthly basis, as determined by the manager.
Requirements
Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity. We are looking for candidates who have a 4-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business along with 3-years related experience in human resources, including experience in data entry and analysis. A Prosci Change Management Certification or Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation would be considered an asset. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
