This is a senior internal consulting position that manages and provides leadership to an assigned business area workgroup of medium to high complexity to facilitate the implementation and support of business solutions. This includes on-going planning and coordination to facilitate priority setting, manage stakeholder expectations and direct day to day support activities. This is a senior internal consulting position that manages and provides leadership to an assigned business area workgroup of medium to high complexity to facilitate the implementation and support of business solutions. This includes on-going planning and coordination to facilitate priority setting, manage stakeholder expectations and direct day to day support activities. This position will deliver new business technology solutions and maintain existing ones adhering to IT governance processes and IT service management standards. This position provides direction to assigned staff and reports to a Business Solutions Coordinator.
