Responsibilities:
As a lead Operator, you will be responsible for the management of the people and operations of your location
Working with the senior management team to ensure the successful planting, production, harvest, storage and delivery of the crops for your location
Training & Development
Supply and support to in-field operators for all equipment
Supervise operators in the completion of in-field equipment repairs and maintenance
Diagnose, repair & maintain in-field farm equipment, machinery, and trucks
Ensure proactive maintenance of all equipment is completed at the regular service intervals
Obtain and approve quotes for part purchasing in partnership with the Location Manager
