The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) is seeking an experienced and self-motivated manager who is capable of building a positive and productive work environment with strong customer service, leadership and relationship management skills, to manage its operations and workflow at the Distribution Centre.
Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain, this position implements workflow strategies to ensure efficient and effective receipt, storage, and transportation of beverage alcohol products for Saskatchewan. Managing a team of supervisors and machine operators, this position is responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment and addressing human resource management issues. Also, this position will resolve workflow issues by anticipating and preventing bottlenecks from occurring. The manager will demonstrate a commitment to SLGAs values and culture; the foundation of SLGAs success and govern the way SLGA conducts its business while serving the people of Saskatchewan.
