The successful individual for this role will be a team player that buys into this mindset and embodies SGIs vision, missions and values.
SGI is looking for a Manager, Claims (Injury). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of SGI employees that is responsible for injury case management. In this role you will provide direction on complex claims and ensure claims are investigated and settled in accordance with applicable insurance legislation, programs, policies, procedures and customer service targets.
Requirements
Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity after all, were counting on you. We are looking for candidates who have a degree in a relevant field of study such as Health, Social Sciences or Business. Candidates should have at least eight years experience comprised of four years progressively challenging leadership and four years experience in a field related to injury or disability claims management. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
