The SeedMaster Ag Technician Product Support will complement our Product Support Team, based out of Emerald Park, Saskatchewan and will report to the Technical Support Manager. This person will have a minimum of 1-2 years of Product Support/Service experience and a specific background in the Air Seeding industry will be considered an asset. The person in this position will work very closely with the Product Support Team as well as the SeedMaster Sales Team. They will assist with support through stationary testing and field functionality and ensure operation meets our industry standard. The goal of the SeedMaster Product Support Teams is to ensure SeedMaster products meet or exceed our customers' expectations. This position is required to travel to dealerships and end users in Western Canada, the Northern U.S., and potentially to dealers and end users internationally.

What will you be working on?

- Assist with any product improvements to ensure that all products
  meet SeedMaster's expectations.
- Assist all members of the Product Support Team along with all other
  teams within SeedMaster to meet our customers' expectations.
- Assist in product testing to ensure proper field operation,
  including confirmation of electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical
  operation.
- May be required to travel between Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba,
  Northern USA, and Internationally.
- Extended hours may be required during critical times such as
  seeding.
- Proper documentation must be completed for each task and entered
  into the appropriate CRM software upon task completion.
- Provide and assist with product training and set up.
- Provide in-house phone support for SeedMaster Staff, Dealerships,
  and End Users.
- Must keep all SeedMaster property and equipment in clean, serviced,
  working order.
- May be required to assist in other areas like fabrication or
  assembly.
- Attend tradeshows as required.
