Candidates must hold certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (Royal College).
The Victoria Hospital is a regional hospital with 164 acute care beds including an 8 bed intensive care unit that provides services to a population of 80,000 which includes northern and northeastern Saskatchewan. Dubbed The Gateway to the North, Prince Albert is in close proximity to a multitude of freshwater lakes and woodlands with outdoor activities for every season. Currently, the following specialty services are provided: Obstetrics/Gynecology General Surgery Radiology Psychiatry Ophthalmology Urology General Internal Medicine Anesthesiology Pathology ENT
