The Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible to direct and coordinate the delivery of projects related to Continuous Improvement. Directing and supporting all activities related to audits, documentation as required. Acts as an expert in company's business processes and systems, working in close collaboration with the integrator and IT resources in order to provide information and enable the organization's
The Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible to direct and coordinate the delivery of projects related to Continuous Improvement. Directing and supporting all activities related to audits, documentation as required. Acts as an expert in company's business processes and systems, working in close collaboration with the integrator and IT resources in order to provide information and enable the organization's future processes.
Responsibilities
Directs and facilitates implementation and maintenance activities related to the continuous improvement program
Participates in identifying improvement opportunities in order to integrate best practices into daily operations
Training and coaching of teams (DMAIC etc.)
Preparation and animation of various meetings (review, brainstorming, etc.)
Coordinates working groups related to continuous improvement (Kaizen, G.I, etc.)
Monitors & stimulates the implementation of projects identified on operational level,
Identifies and implements indicators and dashboards (KPI)
Participates in carrying out audits of the Quality Management System
Plans, organizes, directs and controls the work carried out by the quality control department and ensures its effectiveness
Supervises the development, implementation, maintenance and updating of the various policies and procedures relating to quality programs
Ensures that the work and results for quality control management are documented
