If you are your own motivator and enjoy working independently from your home office we will provide the rest! You will support an assigned, diverse region and work in a complex matrix structure meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders. You will provide an array of HR consulting support, you enjoy bringing in new talent through full cycle recruitment, you know your way around employee/labor relations, performance, HR policy and whatever hits your desk! You are a master at communicating, planning, organizing, multi-tasking, file management and day-to-day administration.
If you have a Business Degree and a major in HR along with at least 10 years of HR experience working in a matrix structure, we'd love to hear from you! A CPHR designation is preferred. Monthly travel to Regina and occasional travel based on client needs is required as is a valid SK Drivers License, and a reliable vehicle.
