Post-secondary education i.e.  Rehabilitation Worker, Disability Support Worker, partial university or other relevant training and experience in the human services field.
Experience in working with people with mental health, substance misuse and/or cognitive disabilities.
Support Workers are an integral part of the Lovering Place Program staff team.  They guide, support and assist residents with their recovery goals and holistic wellness plans.  They are under the

Support Workers are an integral part of the Lovering Place Program staff team.  They guide, support and assist residents with their recovery goals and holistic wellness plans.  They are under the direct supervision of the Program Manager and work in consultation with the program ICMs and Nurse Team Leaders.
Shift work required, combination for days, evenings, and weekends.
