Manpower is looking for an administrative Assistant for our client in Swift Current (30KM to Swift Current)

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Work Location: 30km to Swift Current SK (Onsite)
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour based on experience
Hour: Monday to Thursday 7: 30 am- 4:30pm. Every second Friday off  
Employment Type: One month temporary possible to extension
Start date: Immediately

What do you need:
    Valid driver's license and reliable car
    Previous work experience in an office environment
    Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel;
    Possess excellent organizational skills;
    Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic;

What's the job
    Detail tracking of waste manifests, filing and annual report preparation;
    Support tracking and updating work completion reports in relation to the Equipment Maintenance Program;
    Coordinate ground disturbance documentation support for field operations;
    Update and maintain corporate contact lists;
    Process staff expense and PCard reports;
    Generate purchase orders for the district;
    Maintain and update safety course data base;
    Prepare and distribute various month end reports; and
    General office duties as assigned.
