The Meadow Primary Health Care Centre is located directly across from the Pasqua Hospital at 4006 Dewdney Avenue. Led by the Regina QuAppelle Health Region (RQHR), the Centres team of health care providers deliver primary health care services to Reginas inner city neighbourhoods. The Centre also provides visiting services to the rural locations of Regina Beach, Southey and Cupar. Among its offerings, the Centre focuses on meeting clients unique health care needs including chronic disease management and providing extended hours for immediate care.
The Centre offers EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and a support staff that includes nurse practitioners, a pharmacy educator, a chronic disease management team/educator, addictions councilor and a case manager.
