Reporting to the Market Research Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
1. Under the direction of the Market Research Manager; implement and execute approved research methods (including but not limited to design, format and programming questionnaires) within requirements set out in the project outline and framework.

2. Analyze and interpret qualitative research data (using classification, themes identification and other emerging methods) in order to develop a concise written report of research findings for final approval by the Market Research Manager.
3. Analyze and interpret quantitative research data to develop a concise written report of the research findings for final approval by the Market Research Manager.
4. Author monthly newsletter (RDI Insights). Determine topics to be included, summarize content, coordinate contributions from the RDU team, consolidate and deploy to key stakeholders and post on RDUs Portal page.
5. Review new research available through the Research & Development Unit (RDU) sources; including but not limited to market trends, consumer and workforce information and agricultural updates.
6. Develop/update weekly calendar for FCL employee quick poll topics; accounting for seasonality and relevance to business units for employee engagement purposes.
7. Manage and administer weekly quick poll surveys, coordinate posting weekly quick polls on Portal.
The successful candidate will have a University degree in Business, Economics, Behavioural Economics, Social Sciences, or Statistics and 1 to 3 years of research experience, preferably applied research experience in a corporate environment. Experience with statistical packages such as Excel, SAS and SPSS is required. Expertise in MS Office required.
