To be responsible for the validation, analysis, quality control, and provisioning of research information from the University Research System (UnivRS), an enterprise campus wide research management system, within the Research Services and Ethics Office (RSEO), Office of the Vice-President Research (OVPR). In addition, to support the UnivRS ethics modules environment and reporting solutions implemented within RSEO and liaise with Information and Communications Technology as well as the users of those solutions.
Reporting to the Director, Research Services and Ethics Office, Office of the Vice-President Research, this position will play an important role in supporting validation, data analysis, improvement of system and data quality, and provisioning of institutional research information to the campus community. In particular, the incumbent will be tasked with helping to improve the operational and technical environment within RSEO with respect to its database applications and providing information for various stakeholder interests. This will include supporting the efforts to maximize data quality in UnivRS. Furthermore, the incumbent will support the ongoing collaboration between the OVPR and ICT to provide timely and accurate research administration data through the institutions data warehouse and its report portal.
