Job Description
The Executive Director position is responsible for the day to day operations and organization of Baseball Regina and its 13 divisions and over 600 membership. Reporting to the Baseball Regina Board of Directors, the Executive Director implements and manages Board initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Administration Management
Track and maintain registration membership needs including online database, payments, inquires and communications (email and telephone).
Organize email
The Executive Director position is responsible for the day to day operations and organization of Baseball Regina and its 13 divisions and over 600 membership. Reporting to the Baseball Regina Board of Directors, the Executive Director implements and manages Board initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Administration Management
Track and maintain registration membership needs including online database, payments, inquires and communications (email and telephone).
Organize email communication with membership on various initiatives.
Schedule and organize a number of camps, clinics and events, including monthly board meetings.
Organize and administer evaluations and team drafts.
Organize and administer Tournaments, playoffs, and Fall Ball, including scheduling and communication
Create, update and track season documents including Season Timeline, Important Dates, Coach contact list, Coaches Packages, BR Bylaws, etc
All other administrative duties required to operate Baseball Regina.
Financial Management
Receive and process payments including cheque, online and some cash.
Reconcile payments to online and spreadsheet databases.
Create deposits and reports for the Director of Finance.
Follow up on payments owing.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years administrative experience
Exceptional customer service, time management and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and email)
Skills in Wordpress would be an asset.
Expected hours of work: January to June: 30+ hours per week. July to December: 10 20 hours per week.
This position requires a clear Criminal Record Check.
