We are currently seeking a Labour Relations Manager at our Regina, SK location. The successful candidate will direct and oversee Mosaics labour relations strategy, programs, policies and procedures for multiple bargaining units across the Business Unit (BU). As well as manage all aspects of the labour relations function of Human Resources in partnership with location HR Management. He/she will provide leadership, direction, short-and-long term strategies and oversight on a wide range of labour relations topics including collective bargaining strategy; contract interpretation; contract negotiations; grievance, mediation and arbitration h andling; policy and procedure implementation; and general labour issues as they arise.
What is required for this role?
* Bachelor degree majoring in Human Resources, Business or Law.
* 5+ years of labour relations experience.
* Superior labour negotiating skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge of negotiation strategies and principals of labour contract administration.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian Labor & Employment laws.
* Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook calendaring) skills.
* Demonstrated skills in data collection and analysis, negotiation and policy-making, along with knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining procedures.
