Education: Completed at least some post-secondary
Job Description
This position requires following the Circle of Learning Curriculum developed by the Saskatchewan Literacy Network and working with individuals to move them closer to higher levels of literacy. The Circle of Learning curriculum is a non-credit program with four modules and a benchmark system of attainment. Students would enter the program at different levels and would require individual programming. The
This position requires following the Circle of Learning Curriculum developed by the Saskatchewan Literacy Network and working with individuals to move them closer to higher levels of literacy. The Circle of Learning curriculum is a non-credit program with four modules and a benchmark system of attainment. Students would enter the program at different levels and would require individual programming. The program is not intended to be taught as a class, and students may be working on one or all four of the modules of the curriculum at the same time. Program intake and exit would be continuous based on the needs of the students.
This program will be taught at the Shoal Lake Cree Nation in 3 hour classes, 3 days a week, with additional time for prep, training and meetings.
