Facility Assistant II (R-5335)

Job Description
We are looking for a self-starter to join our team. As the Facility Assistant II, you will be responsible for processing grain or other commodities through the facility, which includes operation of grain processing equipment including the cleaner system.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate binning, cleaning, drying, blending and storage of processed grain.
Monitor and analyze binning practices to ensure integrity.

Plan and coordinate binning, cleaning, drying, blending and storage of processed grain.
Monitor and analyze binning practices to ensure integrity.
Work in conjunction with the manager to schedule railcar and truck shipments.
May be responsible for grading, dockage and moisture and protein assessments.
Determine blending opportunities to ensure appropriate grade and quality.
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Must possess good interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
Mechanical ability to operate and maintain grain processing equipment.
Education and Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible agribusiness experience
Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge skill and competence will be considered.
