Transition Place Education Centre, Meadow Lake SK is looking for a full-time, permanent Wellness Coordinator. This position is based on 188 days per school year. The duties are to commence August 27, 2019.

The successful candidate will have experience working with school aged youth.  Any certificates, diplomas or degrees in the field of education, psychology, youth studies or counseling would be considered

The successful candidate will have experience working with school aged youth.  Any certificates, diplomas or degrees in the field of education, psychology, youth studies or counseling would be considered a strong asset.  Other related training or experience in the field of Education, Health, Child and Family Services, Social Work, or Psychology would also be an asset.
