MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and succession planning initiatives.
Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures and programs.
Liaises and coaches managers/employees on conflict resolution.
Composes a variety of letters including employment verification, change letters, etc.
Provides exit interviews to departing employees.
Prepares various reports, statistics and trend analysis for management.
Develops performance improvement plans.
Train new employees as required.
Complete on-going personal self-development/training as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to effectively deal with others  tact/diplomacy/courtesy.
Capacity to establish, maintain and promote high standards of professional etiquette and superior customer service.
Solid maintenance and preservation of strict confidentiality.
Successfully responsive to changing priorities.
General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Effective research, analytical and problem-solving talents.
Self-motivated and deadline driven, with effective time management abilities.
Ability to efficiently work both independently, and as part of a cohesive team, in a high volume/demanding environment.
Working knowledge of basic office equipment, computers, internet, e-mail and MS Office Suite.
