Our Spa receptionist is responsible for

- Scheduling appointments
- Ensure health forms are completed and signed
- Process and receive payments
- Make, confirm, cancel and change reservations
- Promptly and courteously attend to telephone calls
- Provide information on spa facilities and services
- Complete cash out at end of day and process relevant reports
- Ensure high standard of customer care is delivered to each guest
- Answering phone calls and replying to emails
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere for learning & development
- Keeping retail and desk area immaculate
