STOPS to Violence is a growing province wide, cross sectoral network that focusses on supporting partnerships and building capacity to promote healthy relationships and strong, safe, violence free communities. We are seeking a dynamic, relationship focussed person to join us in the role of Director of Partnerships and Strategy. You will be part of a team that works regionally and provincially to build, support and steward a strong, engaged, diverse network of partners from across the province. You will lead and support key activities to develop, implement and evaluate a Collective Impact approach to addressing gender based violence in Saskatchewan.
As a candidate for this position, you will have advanced strategy, planning and change management skills. You are a bit of a rock star in the people department because of your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Building authentic relationships with diverse people is natural for you. Youve got a track record of developing, leading and inspiring high performance teams, can coach and mentor others and are open to being coached and mentored. Youve got at least five years of leadership and management experience including financial management, resource development, human resources, communications strategy and communications systems. Youve got a thing for community development, which means you are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fluid, entrepreneurial settings. Having an understanding of Collective Impact, Collaborative Leadership and Network Weaving would go a long way with us. You like to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done. Were going to be on the road a lot, so you will have a valid drivers license in your pocket and access to a reliable vehicle.
