Handling of customers enquires & complaints and resolving them in timely manner.

Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales

Making of schedule of employees and provide salary slips & pay stubs.

Manage  and control entire operation of restaurant during schedule shifts.

Provide leadership ensuring excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Ensure general maintenance, cleanliness and compliance with licensing and health & hygiene regulations

Assist with performance, financial and personnel related administrative duties, ensuring all are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and procedures

Culture a positive work environment where staff development and good work are recognized
