Inclusion Saskatchewan, the leading non-profit organization supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in Saskatchewan, seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant. Under the direction of the Manager of Board & Administration, the Administrative Assistant manages the front reception duties, which includes serving as the first welcoming point of contact for guests, taking new callers through the intake process, and referring callers/guests to staff
Inclusion Saskatchewan, the leading non-profit organization supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in Saskatchewan, seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant. Under the direction of the Manager of Board & Administration, the Administrative Assistant manages the front reception duties, which includes serving as the first welcoming point of contact for guests, taking new callers through the intake process, and referring callers/guests to staff as appropriate. The Administrative Assistant handles logistics, tracks database information, prepares mailings and receipts, compiles reports, manages supply inventories, and performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant post-secondary program
- Experience in an administrative position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and database management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities with a high attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Must successfully pass a criminal record check and vulnerable sector search
