Experience definitely an asset. i.e. large farm equipment, G.P.S., 1A license, working with cattle.

Details:
-    Housing provided
-    Position could turn into permanent time Farm Manager position
Requirements:
-    Biggest asset is a good attitude
-    Willing to learn
-    Desire to be in  a rural area and an interest in agriculture
Education:
-    Grade 12
-    Degree in agriculture or ag related courses an asset
-    Farm technician welcome
Duties:
-    Operate and maintain all farm machinery
-    Treating and inoculating seed
-    Haul grain
-    Feed cows, herd maintenance and rations
-    Construction:  cement work, coral building and maintenance, fencing
-    Yard maintenance: mowing, weed whip, weed control
-    Crop scouting
-    Clean grain bins
-    Vehicle and machinery cleaning and detailing
-    Keep farm shop clean
-    Other duties as requested.
There is the opportunity to work long hours if desired.
We will consider paying for 1A license, Ag courses etc.
