The Opportunity:
The HR Administrator plays an integral role within our manufacturing facility. You will provide a wide variety of administrative and support services for the plant as is related to the administration of Human Resources functions.

The HR Administrator plays an integral role within our manufacturing facility. You will provide a wide variety of administrative and support services for the plant as is related to the administration of Human Resources functions.
A snap shot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do:
-Responsible for payroll administration and all payroll related activities
-Maintaining, awarding and tracking of hourly job postings
-Responsible for updating personnel information and maintaining accurate Human Resource files
-First point of contact for employee inquiries
-Assist with hourly hiring activities - recruitment, interviewing, orientation
-Ensure all hourly MSS transactions are accurate and completed
-Run weekly and monthly reports and metrics, ie., turnover %, attendance, etc.
-Complete data entry as required
-Work with various corporate departments including payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR services team to ensure needs of our employees are met
-Actively contributes to plant initiatives
-Other duties and assignments as required
What you will bring:
-Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
-1-3 years of relevant work experience, within a manufacturing environment would be an asset
-Demonstrated ability to ensure integrity of data and confidentiality of employee information.
-Exceptional communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal, and influencing skills with various organizational levels
-Demonstrated customer service focus
-Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with solid time management/organization skills
-Demonstrated success and experience in consulting with managers on complex HR issues
-Excellent presentation, facilitation, problem solving and teamwork skills
-Proficient use of MS Office Applications
-Experience with SAP and Kronos an asset
