- vacancy preparation
- grounds maintenance
- maintain housing authority equipment and inventory

- experience repairing building mechanical equipment; custodial and maintenance

- experience repairing building mechanical equipment; custodial and maintenance work
- knowledge in a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, heating, mechanical, painting, electrical, and grounds work
- ability to promote and participate in positive working relationships with management, staff, and tenants
- ability to lift heavy loads
- basic computer skills

What you'll need:
Minimum Grade 12 education, supplemented by training in a technical or building trade (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
1 to 3 years experience in a maintenance & repair environment OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
A valid drivers license and a suitable, roadworthy vehicle
