Position Responsibilities
- Take strategic direction from the Director and work in partnership with their publisher.
- Website maintenance, working with 2 websites.
- Coordinate production of communications documents, with an understanding of the Associations vision, mission, goals, stakeholders and audiences.   Communication materials may include newsletters, publications, media releases and assisting with digital communication using Mailchimp and social media.

Candidate Requirements
- Highly motivated professional with strong organization and time management skills.  
- Able to manage a varying workload, establish priorities and organize multiple tasks.
- Self-starter, adaptable and able to rise to the challenge.  
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to communicate messages in a professional and engaging manner.
- Experience with MS office, Illustrator, Indesign and website software.

This position will be working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic.  Interviews will be held via SKYPE.
