LaRonge Regional Housing Authority has an opportunity for a full time Administrative Assistant, Tenant Relations and Maintenance. If you are ambitious, provide superior customer service, are skilled in administration and have a passion for helping others, this job could be for you!
What you'll do:
- Review and recommend housing applications
- Coordinate move ins and move outs, collect rent
- Handle tenant related issues

- Review and recommend housing applications
- Coordinate move ins and move outs, collect rent
- Handle tenant related issues and concerns
- Assist in the tender process
- Create maintenance work orders
What we're looking for:
- Customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Computer competent with skills in MS Office and JD Edwards
You'll need:
- Grade XII with administrative experience
- Respect for the diversity of others
- Valid Class 5 Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience in a property management environment is an asset
