Inclusion Saskatchewan (INSK) is a grassroots, community-based, provincial organization that advocates for and supports individuals with intellectual disabilities. INSK is seeking a Sexual Wellness Education Coordinator. This position is located in Saskatoon but will require some travel throughout the province.

The Sexual Wellness Education Coordinator is responsible for advancing critical initiatives that create opportunities for people to engage in sexual wellness education in an inclusive, empathetic, and person-centred environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with community-based partner organizations to train facilitators in the delivery of sexual wellness education.
Directly facilitates educational sessions with learners.
Develops innovative digital and print educational resources.
Communicates with community stakeholders about best practices, assessed needs, and systemic barriers in accessing sexual wellness education.
Prepares and presents reports to track outcomes and progress.
Qualifications:
Degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, Education, or other human services field. A combination of formal education and experience will be considered.
Demonstrated practical interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated success in working with a collaborative team.
Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise resources using plain-language principles and guidelines.
Knowledge of disability rights and the historical context of the movement.
Ability to manage conflicts in a positive and timely manner.
