About the Position:

The Director of Finance and Administration is responsible for the accounting operations of the organization, including: production of regular financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, creation and maintenance of a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhancing the accuracy of the organization's reported financial results, and ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The Director is also responsible for management of front-office administrative staff, working with the management team to improve systems across the organization.

Desired Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a CPA designation, a minimum of five years accounting experience in a small to medium sized organization, and demonstrable management experience. Experience with QuickBooks, Ceridian, or similar accounting software platforms is preferred.
