Royal Auto Group is seeking a full time Accounting Clerk.You will be assisting the accounting team by providing accounting and clerical assistance.Some of the responsibilities include reconciling accounts, processing monthly remittances,posting invoices and more. Royal Auto Group is seeking a full time Accounting Clerk.You will be assisting the accounting team by providing accounting and clerical assistance.Some of the responsibilities include reconciling accounts, processing monthly remittances,posting invoices and more. The qualified candidate requires a strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in basic accounting functions and software programs. We're looking for a team player with a keen interest in building successful relations with customers. Since our business environment is always changing a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential.
Main duties may include
- Do daily and monthly reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of month-end closing process
- Participate in and provide feedback regarding implementation of internal processes and procedures
- Perform general administrative duties
- Reconcile differences schedules
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems
- Complete month end tasks
-Ensure validity, integrity and accuracy of input of data
Employment requirements
- Knowledge and experience with Automotive platform is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate with a pleasant disposition, highly confidential and exercise extreme discretion to sensitive matters
Requirements:
-Accounting related certification
-Expertise in Microsoft Applications including Excel and Word
-Organization, verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
Working Conditions:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm
