Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Store Manager to oversee the operations of our gas station and convenience store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, managing staff, optimizing sales, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management.
1. Supervise daily operations
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Store Manager to oversee the operations of our gas station and convenience store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, managing staff, optimizing sales, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in retail management.
1. Supervise daily operations across gas stations and convenience store, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
2. Monitor and adjust operational strategies to align with market conditions and business goals.
3. Lead and develop the store team, assigning tasks to ensure effective operation.
4. Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage the hiring and onboarding of new employees.
5. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor product offerings and sales approaches.
6. Manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overages, ensuring efficient stock rotation
7. Utilize social media and other marketing channels to drive traffic and sales.
8. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Train staff on customer service best practices and ensure consistent service quality.
1. Bachelors degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, ideally in gas stations, or convenience stores.
3. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, especially those related to tobacco and fuel, and Ammunition sales.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
7. Proficiency with retail management software and MS Office applications.
8. Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
9. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
