Work should be so much more than just a job you do to earn a paycheque. And at SGI, it is.
Of course, we offer the essentials a great pension and excellent employer-paid family benefits. But we also provide a fun work environment that'll leave you feeling happy and accomplished at the end of the day. And we're a big company, which means there's lots of opportunity for career growth.
Now that we've (hopefully!) sparked your interest, here's some good news: we're hiring!
We're looking for a Mental Health Facilitator to join our team who has a passion for helping others and the medical knowledge to support a person's vocational and medical rehabilitation.
We hope you consider applying if you:
- Have the knowledge and understanding of the various mental illnesses, psychiatric conditions, and symptoms which can impact functioning and behaviour.
- Have experience in the current treatment services provided for psychosocial, psychological, social work, and acquired brain injury programs.
- Can work independently as well as within a team.
- Have strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience building procedures and processes and can effectively coordinate and work closely with the business, as required, for training solutions.
The requirements for this role include a four-year degree in a relevant field of study, such as Nursing, and 5-7 years of directly related experience in psychiatric nursing, or a related field. You must also be registered or eligible to be registered with their governing body such as Saskatchewan Registered Nursing Association.
But we don't want you to worry about checking every box! Leave the screening to us. If you're a quick learner and a team player, we'd love to hear from you!
If you require an accommodation during the recruitment process, we invite you to submit your accommodation requests to us at wellness@sgi.sk.ca and we will work through your request with you.
