We are looking to hire a full-time kennel supervisor immediately. Previous experience in a pet-related area is required.
The Kennel Supervisor position requires someone who is highly organized, has great attention to detail, and possesses excellent customer service and team organizational skills. Some specific duties include, but are not limited to:
    Supervising all kennel staff in the implementation of their duties.
    Train the new staff and lead the team.
    Must be personable and enjoy talking to clients on the phone, in person, and through email.
    Give clients/potential clients tours.
    Must be proficient in using a computer and doing administrative tasks such as inputting data, and organizing paperwork and files.
    Responsible for ensuring that the electronic media plan is implemented consistently (FaceBook).
    Monitoring pets if they have an illness or a disease and prevent injuries to workers and other pets.
    Must be able to work outdoors in different weather.
    Help restrain hard-to-handle/aggressive pets.
    Help with maintenance of the kennel area and equipment.
    As needed, take on kennel attendant duties (cleaning, feeding, exercising etc. ).
    Very Flexible Availability. Able to work between 8 am and 6 pm, able to work on Weekends and Holidays.
    Must have a reliable vehicle.
