Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines in tendering and contracting processes.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a dedicated Board and a fantastic team of six.
What Were Looking For:
To excel in this full-time, permanent role, you will need:
An undergraduate degree in business, social work, psychology, human services, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least five years of relevant professional experience.
Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and reporting to a board.
Familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act, National Building Code, and tendering/contracting processes.
Your Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional interpersonal skills for resolving conflicts and building trust with stakeholders.
Strong oral and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A commitment to embracing diversity and fostering inclusive environments.
Additional Requirements:
A valid SK drivers license.
A clear enhanced criminal record check (offer contingent).
