Job Description: Project Management and Planning Specialists are responsible for various key functions within the Infrastructure Management portfolio. The Project Management and Planning Specialists will consult and engage with senior leadership to provide planning and project management services across SHA. These services include scope development, feasibility, estimating/budgeting, risk analysis, scheduling, drawing production code reviews, infection control requirements, staging, commissioning, project reporting, approval processes and financial management/financial tracking. The Project Management and Planning Specialists are responsible for managing projects between $200,000 to $100 Million+ that facilitate the provision of quality client-centered service in accordance with the vision, mission, values and goals of the SHA. The specialists are the critical communication link between management, physicians, user groups and staff for provincial project teams. They are the lead on various constructions projects and represent the owner on the job site, at inspections, and at the job site meetings. They ensure review of all aspects of construction work and maintain records of construction and contract activity.
Experience: 3-5 years' experience developing and leading innovative projects
Education: Project Management Certificate;Undergraduate degree or diploma in Interior Designing;Undergraduate degree or diploma in Architectural Engineering;Bachelor of Architecture(BArch)
