RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be knowledgeable in the profession of mixing and selling paint and related products and home dcor merchandise. You will be able to provide a high level of customer service by providing advice to customers.
- Assist with stocking shelves and merchandise displays, customer carry-outs and general housekeeping.
- Gathering all the knowledge needed in the profession of selling floor coverings and window fashions.
- Ensuring that customer recognition and service is our first priority.
- Providing the highest standard of customer service along with a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude.
- Working effectively and independently and assuming responsibility in a team environment.
- Actively support keeping Pioneer Co-ops merchandise secure.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience with paint or home dcor, or flooring would be an asset, but willing to train the right individual. Must have good computer skills and excellent interpersonal skills required. Some lifting will be required. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. Typical schedule consists of working every second Thursday evening; and every second weekend. This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive Position: therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-ops Alcohol & Substance policy as a condition of employment. Averages 24  40
hours/week.
