We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and integrate the critical functions of Finance, Information Technology (IT), and Human Resources (HR). Reporting directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer and as a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO ensures financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and alignment of IT and HR strategies with the organizations goals. The CFO role involves driving financial performance, implementing technology solutions, and fostering a high-performing workforce to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership:
Lead the development and implementation of financial and procurement strategies to support the organizations goals and objectives.
Information Technology Oversight:
Lead the development and implementation of the organizations IT strategy to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
Human Resources Leadership:
Oversee HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
Strategic Leadership:
Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, Executive team and Board of Directors on financial performance, technology innovation, and workforce planning.
Governance and Risk Management:
Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience including oversight of finance, IT and HR functions.
