The Production Assistant is responsible for overseeing the efforts of the shop.

An understanding of insurance claim procedures and policies, customer service, as well as experience in collision repair is an asset, however, we are willing to train the right applicant.  

The Production Assistant must have excellent organizational skills, a multi-tasker, and an individual with a take charge attitude to do tasks

The Production Assistant is responsible for overseeing the efforts of the shop.

An understanding of insurance claim procedures and policies, customer service, as well as experience in collision repair is an asset, however, we are willing to train the right applicant.  

The Production Assistant must have excellent organizational skills, a multi-tasker, and an individual with a take charge attitude to do tasks that make production run smooth and efficient. Excellent oral and written English is a necessity. Also must be comfortable with customer service, working with vehicles, and computer work.

Specific duties: opening/closing shop, assisting with performing estimates, assign work to techs, shuttle customers/vehicles, sublet vendor management, monitor production, spearhead production meetings, etc.
This position may have their hands in various aspects of the shop and/or office, and requires a candidate who has a driven, motivated and sharp mind set.

Compensation is based on experience.
