Job Description
Kii Kinaahk Village is a housing program that aims to provide the necessary housing and supports for those who are often considered the hardest to house. Kii Kinnahk is in partnership with the Prairie Harm Reduction (PHR) and Saskatoon Crisis Intervention Service Inc. (SCIS).

Kii Kinaahk Village is a housing program that aims to provide the necessary housing and supports for those who are often considered the hardest to house. Kii Kinnahk is in partnership with the Prairie Harm Reduction (PHR) and Saskatoon Crisis Intervention Service Inc. (SCIS).
Under the direction of Camponi/Sask Native Rentals (SNR)Kii Kinaahks Operational Administrator will be responsible for providing direct support to the operational oversight, including but not limited to operational oversight of maintenance, cleaning, nutrition, cultural and the following:
-Property Management.
-Staffing for the appropriate departments (maintenance, nutrition, and cultural).
-Collaborate with program partners (PHR and SCIS) to ensure services and/or programming continue to be delivered.
-Complete move in and move out inspections.
-In collaboration with PHR and SCIS develop mechanisms to remedy any loss of revenue.
-Develop and maintain any relevant documentation and logs.
-Other duties as assigned.
Other key components include, but are not limited to:
-Ability to collaborate and contribute to a team environment, and work independently.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Organizational and time management skills.
-Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems as they arise.
-Fulfill all reporting requirements as required in a timely manner.
Knowledge and Education:
-Have a degree in Social Work, or a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in the Human Services Field.
-Strong knowledge of the housing demand, programs, services, and Indigenous socio-economic.
-First Aid/CPR preferred.
-Trauma Informed Care Certification is considered an asset.
-A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle would be considered an asset.
