Weed Man Regina is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Administrative Manager and office staff to organize and ensure the successful completion of daily work for our technical staff. You will supervise and manage the delivery of professional lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers while maintaining top- quality customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on team-building and problem-solving.
As Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that technicians conduct their applications in compliance with company procedures and specifications. Every task you manage will contribute to our overall goal of delivering exceptional, timely, and cost-effective services to our clients.

Qualifications
Experience: Previous management experience in a related industry is an asset. Experience in lawn care is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge relevant to lawn care and landscaping operations.
Education: University or college education is preferred.
Customer Service: Highly customer service-oriented with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Certification: Valid pesticide applicator license, or willingness to obtain one.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and interact with customers.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage a fast-paced work environment.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and scheduling or operational software.
Licensing: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
