As the Dairy Queen Manager, you are one to lead by example, with high expectations, raising the bar for yourself and your team. With your experience of leading teams in fast-paced environments, you will infuse a culture of respect, open communication and collaboration where team members are excited to come to work every day! From managing daily operations to coaching your team, your role is critical for operational success and driving business growth. In this role you will juggle both strategic planning and providing hands-on support, delivering exception customer experience and contributing to the overall success of a trusted brand.

As the Dairy Queen Manager, you will bring:

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in restaurant management.
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or business management considered an asset.
- Proven track record of effectively managing, profit and loss, cost of goods sold (COGS) and labour management.
