Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) supports the Saskatchewan Housing network with service and expertise in administration, finance, management, and technical services. LSHA is seeking an experienced, result oriented administrative professional to join the Financial Business Operations (FBO) team in the Regina office.

LSHA is seeking an experienced, result oriented administrative professional to join the Financial Business Operations (FBO) team in the Regina office.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager and supporting the Payroll and Accounts Payable team, you will be the first point of contact, answering phone calls and greeting walk ins a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues or referring to the appropriate resource as needed.
Responsibilities will vary depending on priorities and you will use sound judgement and decision making to:
Respond to calls and visitors in a courteous, results focused manner
Assist with payment vouchers, maintain error logs, and track utility expenses, bids and work authorizations
Data entry including monthly updates to financial tracking spreadsheets and assisting with budgeting and forecasting spreadsheets
Prepare various reports and documents
Maintain electronic and hard copy files, including off site storage tracking
Maintain office inventory and office equipment
Ideal applicants will bring proven knowledge and experience in office procedures, accounts payable and MS applications, along with practical experience in a busy office environment. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is key to success in the position as is ability to work alone for extended periods and harmoniously alongside the team, contributing to shared objectives. JD Edwards experience is an asset.
