Job Description
Camponi Housing/SaskNative Rentals Kii Kinnahk program is hiring for a part-time maintenance worker.
Basic Functions:
Performs several ongoing responsibilities under general supervision and guidance within a team structure.
Responsibilities include minor maintenance in common areas/suites, extermination treatment preparation, and running of the tenant Life Skills Work Program to keep the building/grounds and tenants' suites clean and safe.

Performs several ongoing responsibilities under general supervision and guidance within a team structure.
Responsibilities include minor maintenance in common areas/suites, extermination treatment preparation, and running of the tenant Life Skills Work Program to keep the building/grounds and tenants' suites clean and safe.
Act as a role model and mentor to residents at Kii Kinnahk Village and Provide opportunities for socialization. Interact in a positive and supportive way with tenants.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the minor maintenance of the community room, common areas, and tenant suits.
Responsible for extermination preparation services as assigned.
Assist in the make-ready process of vacant units.
Complete regular inspections of the common areas of the building and suites to ensure health and safety requirements are being met.
Responsible for recording and reporting inspection findings.
Assist in the process of arranging for abandoned goods to be removed from vacant units.
Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
Work within expense limits established.
Assure safety standards are used and follow established company policies.
Maintain a high level of ethics and confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.
Wage $22/ hour Saturday and Sunday
