Job Detail

Reporting to the Front Office Manager - the Overnight Supervisor will be in charge of all immediate aspects of hotel operations during the overnight shift.
Duties include:
-Scheduling Night Auditor Shifts
-Scheduling Overnight Janitorial/Shuttle Shifts
-Training new staff in Night Audit and/or Overnight Janitorial/Shuttle
-Ensuring all overnight shifts are always covered
-Delegating duties to all on-shift staff and ensuring policy and procedures are followed.
-Ensuring the safety

Requirements:
-Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality Management from an accredited Canadian academic institution
-Minimum 2 years of recent Night Audit experience with a branded hotel chain
-Ability to make good judgement calls
-Ability to problem solve
-Solid Critical Thinking skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-CPR/FIRST AID
-Valid class 5 license with clean drivers abstract
-Clean criminal record
-Excellent spoken/read/written English is a must
